An under-appreciated branding hack is choosing a “mascot” emoji for your brand.

For my agency, Sprout Marketing, that's obviously🌱

After posting for a while, people started adding this emoji to their own name.

And no,

There were no giveaways, CTAs, or reasons for people to do this, they just did it.

Not only that, plenty of people begin to reply with it too.

Whenever someone who’s seen my post sees this emoji on someone else, they know where it came from.
